an artist and liminal space holder in a season of transition.

i facilitate community gatherings, offer 1:1 support, and play dance music. you can read more about my offerings in the 1:1 tab or email/dm me to say hey.

i also hold a masters in women’s and gender studies and do work with men/masc folks on patriarchal conditioning, power, and authenticity.

i consider deep listening a devotional practice. one of the ways i listen is through silent meditation retreat practice (including a 3-month long retreat). i also like talking.

my cosmic curriculum includes a sun in virgo, moon in taurus, and ascendant in cancer. and for the human design nerds: ¼ splenic projector on the cross of eden.
