an urban ritualist, sonic explorer, and reiki practitioner.

my offerings center around deconditioning from homogenized programming through music, community gatherings, and 1:1 support. i honor the sacredness of not-knowing, confusion, and chaos as a doorway to the divine, deepening our relationship with our intuition and frequency of authentic expression. 

my life experiences are my credentials but/and/also here are two things i’ve done which inform my work:

in 2023 i graduated from cuny graduate center with a masters in women’s and gender studies. i wrote my thesis on uprooting patriarchy and exploring authentic embodiments of masculinities. then i went on a three month silent meditation retreat.
